2011 yılının başında 5000 m2 kapalı alanda 10.000 ton baz poliester poli- ol, 8000 ton prepolimer, 15.000 ton formüle edilmiş polyol yıllık kapasitesi ile üretime başlayan BAYMEL , 2013 yılının son çeyreğinde yaptığı yatırımlarla 9000 m2 kapalı alana çıkarak 13000 ton baz poliester poliol, 9500 ton pre- polimer , 20.000 ton formüle edilmiş poliol kapasitesi ve son teknoloji tamamı kapalı sistem üretim hattı ile terlik-taban ve sert köpük (rijit) sek- törleri için üretime başlamıştır. Pazar Penetrasyonu ve artan talep ile birlikte 2015 yılının ilk yarısında yaptığımız ilave yatırımlar neticesinde 20.000 ton baz poliester poliol ve 25.000 ton prepolimer kapasitesine ulaşarak bölgenin en yüksek üretim kapasitesine sahip sistem evi olmuştur.

BAYMEL began production with 10.000 tons of polyester base polyol , 8000 tons of prepolymer and 15000 tons of formulated polyol annual capacity in an area of 5000 m2. With the investments have been maden in the last quarter of 2013, Baymel started the production of shoe soles and rigid foam systems by reaching a 9000 m2 closed area, 13000 ton base polyesther polyol 9500 ton prepolymer, 20.000 ton formulated polyol capacity and high technology fully closed system production line. According to the continuously growing demand and market penetration with the new product, have been maden additional investments to increaded the base polyster polyol capacity to
20.000 mt and polyurethane pre polymar capacity to 25.000 mt . With these investments Baymel has been the largest system house of the region.
